The Student Experience office is so excited to have you all back at FSU soon.
We wanted to share some super important information to get you Ram Readybefore we all jump into the new academic year together.

We now have an FSU specific app for events!
Please download the "Ramlink at Framingham State" app to be able to check-in attendees to your events!
- All of you have been added to the student org officers group in Ramlink, which allows for easy direct communication to all of you.
- Part of this includes a checklist for each officer to keep track of mandatory events & important deadlines pertaining to student orgs.
- You can check your assigned checklists at any time by going to the lefthand menu in Ramlink, clicking My Activities, then finding My Checklists.

Students who win prizes/giveaways at events must fill out the prize log BEFORE recieving the prize, and their student ID must be checked to make sure they are an FSU student.

- All student organizations are assigned a resource person to directly help them through processes & questions - now, our office is introducing the Student Coordinators of Events as additional resources!
- Our SCEs are highly capable and are the first line of communication when it comes to student org questions - you can schedule meetings with them via the email signature in the EXPEVENTS email, or on Ramlink! Their schedule links are included in multiple places in this email for easy access.
- For advisors serving student organizations this academic year, they must sign the advisor agreement located on the homepage of Ramlink. Student orgs with advisors are responsible for sharing & notifying their advisors of this requirement.

- All 26-27 student organization officers must fill out the org officer form located on the homepage of Ramlink to be considered active for the year. All student orgs are required to AT LEAST have a president and treasurer in order for the organization to be considered active.

- ONE AND DONE! BOTH the Fall Student Organization Fair and Fall Student Organization Officer Training will be held on September 10th, to include important marketing & information all in one day so you're set for the rest of the semester!
FALL STUDENT ORG FAIR: MCCARTHY TAKEOVER
3rd Floor McCarthy Center (assignments shared at check-in - make sure to stop by the EXP table in the lobby beforehand)
12:30-2:30 PM
