Hello, student orgs! Reminder that you are assigned to attend the first Open House, taking place
this Saturday, 10/24! Details of the event below along with orgs assigned.
Make sure to check in at the EXP table during the event to be marked as attended. Thank you!
DETAILS:
- The Campus Resource Fair will be taking place from 10-11:30am on the 3rd floor of McCarthy (utilizing the Alumni Room & hallway)
- We ask that you please arrive and be set-up no later than 9:45am.
- Check-in with the EXP table to mark your organization as present.
- Tables will be assigned and signage will be available.
- Brunch tickets will be provided to those working your tables.
- You only need at least one person at the table at a time. This can even be a member of your organization.
- You are responsible for the materials on your table. Those visiting will be prospective students (primarily juniors and seniors) and their families.
- We encourage you to wear black and gold attire!
